Curiosity Strikes: LOVE

I know it's not of me to do back to back posts on just movies but I don't give a care.

I don't think this is the first time I've found this movie but I think the difference is that this time it made a bigger impact on me when I began seeing a lot of familiar faces. I think this movie will be a cute one to watch. Sometimes movies tend to be very extravagant in setting, clothing, actors but not in plot which is kinda of a flop for them. I think that this one will be good because of it's simple plot and good casting.

Anticipation as Curiosity Strikes: A Wedding Invitation

Occasionally I do watch stuff other than dramas. I was getting somewhat bored of doing my recaps of Infernal Lover and decided to browse around Youku for a snipbit. The first thing that caught my eye was a screencap of one of my husbands, Eddie Peng, I know I'm a cheater for having many husbands. Anyways, Eddie, who doesn't love him and his cuteness? Thirty something my ass. He looks no older than twenty-four.

Anyways, when I first saw this I knew I must watch this because of Eddie. Too bad I don't know more than five lines of Mandarin, oh how that would make my life a million times better. Trust me, if I could, I would book a flight right now, hop my ass on that plane and sit outside the movie theaters all night just to see my hubby. Surprisingly this doesn't come out Friday, gosh, why must I be busy that day? Life is tough. Anyways , more on A Wedding Invitation and I'm sorry for my bantering but you guys wouldn't understand right now.

Movie Review: Back to 1942

Hey everyone. First off I would like to apologize for the lack of posts due to my laziness, school work, and that I don't have much of anything to post. That's why today I took time out from watching The Magic Blade and watched this movie and do a review on it.

Yesterday in class, my AP US history teacher was talking about WWII, or at least the lead up to it and everything before Pearl Harbor. Anyways, he was telling our class about The Rape of Nanjing, a topic which me and my sister knows really well. He had a slide with the poster for The Flowers of War; My sister and I got excited because we both knew about it and are planning to see it but it sparked something in me about another movie during that time period and that it got rave reviews. This is just a story on how I remembered to watched this movie, sorry if you find it useless. But I remembered I was reading a JayneStar article about a movie on a massive famine that occurred in China during the midst of WWII.

This is the movie.

Pretty Girls in Pretty Ancient Clothing Part V: Liu Yi Fei in The Assassins

How can I not have a post specifically for Liu Yi Fei? She's probably one of my most favorite Chinese Actresses of all time.

In her latest film, The Assassins, that just came out roughly two months ago, she shined.

Pretty Girls in Pretty Ancient Clothing Part IV: Annie Yi in The Assassins

Thats her on the left, she really is beautiful and the clothes suit her very well. Even though I find her to be a minor in the movie, what really stood out to me was her gorgeous clothes and hair.

Anticipation: Saving General Yang

So seriously, how could I forget when this was coming out? I literally flipped out and screamed when I first found out they were making this movie and just stared at everything that was given. I sound like a creep but I could care less because this is something worth stalking. I first found out when I was looking under Ady An's Dramawiki page because she seem's to be MIA recently then BAMM!! this was under it. Thank the movie gods and ,somewhat, SARFT for finally approving something worth watching.

Movies: White Vengeance- Characters and Review

A good manly man movie to watch, in a sense. Note this is an opinion of a female, it is more into politics and barely touches into the romantic aspects that something might have. A movie that goes on about the fight over power.

After the death of the first Qin Emperor, Qin Shi Huang Di, there is a despise by King Kuai where whoever can capture the city of Guanzhong can be the emperor. Who will win the battle where only one can live? Liu Bang or Xiang Yu?

Butterfly Lovers starring Wu Chun, Hu Ge, Charlene Choi.
Like everything else, I have heard of this for the longest time before I decided to watch it, today is that day.
