This drama seems weird.. I don't know, but I haven't exactly seen just a straight up high school drama, I refuse to watch It Started with a Kiss and Playful Kiss. I don't know much about this drama, which is good so I can be surprised but this post will be short, as for sweet, probably not. Just bland. I don't know much or have much to say except I'm curious.

Now that I've finished watching Summer's Desire, I need to find something else to watch. After the semi-depressing and overbearing drama that Summer's Desire was, I need something bright, cute, and as me and my sister would describe Taiwanese dramas "fluffy".
Let's be honest here, we're all like that. The second we're done watching something scary or depressing we watch something cute and happy filled with rainbows and unicorns to overcome those leftover feelings from the previous drama. That is the reason why I chose Replacement Princess/ King Flower....and also because I love the main cast. Nikki Hsieh is adorable as heck, you just want to poke her and pinch her cheeks and dress her up in frilly dresses all day. Chris is mine. Nuff said. I loved him since he was Tou Ye and Howard and this is just another excuse for me to watch my hubby. As for James Wen, he's a pretty decent actor and appears to fit his role just fine.
In my last post, I told you how I was beginning to watch this and a week later I'm done. Have I mentioned on a school week too?
Anyways, that wasn't important. Every now and then, us dramajunkies come across a drama that consumes our life. If you're like that for every drama you watch, then you aren't a true junkie. You're basically looking past all the faults of it. I'm not sure how to explain it completely but that there are only a few dramas that will stay in your head, heart, and mind because of how memorable it was. The thing about those dramas is that they are usually the ones you usually expect to like the least then some where in between you finally realize how much it truly consumes your life. It won't allow you focus, go on any other sight, as you're acting nervous as heck on what's going to happen next, what more can happen with half of it already over. Well this is how I feel about this drama.
I'm still confused on what to do because it has taken me away from my boring into this dramatic world only to throw me back and question why its over. Why must it end? Part of me don't feel complete, but you're never really completely satisfied with anything. There I go contradicting everything I say again.
I'm not sure whether or not you've noticed but this drama has a pull on my heart so hard that I can't let go of even if I wanted to. Sorry for the HIMYM allusion but it must be put down here.

Hello netizens. Once again, I am slow on everything, but this time it isn't entirely my fault. It's the last week before the quarter ends so I'm just trying to rush and do everything before Spring Break next week, Hallelujah!
Anyways, I love this song. I kept hesitating on whether or not to have it as my SOTW but I thought, ehh better not. Bonus points for whoever can guess where that allusion is from. There I am getting off topic again. Kimberley Chen is such a talented artist and especially at such a young age, she has received a lot of recognition for her talent.
I first heard this song in the Taiwanese Drama Fondant Garden ( 翻糖花園). If anyone wants me to do a review or anything on it, just ask away. But for a cheesy drama you definitely need a cheesy song and this song hits the points.

Always. Right when I'm in the middle of a million things, something distracts me long enough to grab my attention. Well technically, it was a few days ago. Anyways, I think the only way to keep me sane is to follow the modern then period pattern. Five period dramas in a row is just too many.
Anyways, my sister told me about this drama last year when she saw it, coincidentally, in the summer. I think this drama will be good. Good cast, decent plot, nice budget, if all else fails, the suits in this are nice as heck.
This drama is Summer's Desire 泡沫之夏

"You must love deeply before it could be understood"
I first heard this song in Drunken To Love You but completely forget to write it down until it recently showed up on my YouTube stream. This song is pretty simple and has a soft tune. Have I mentioned that I am in love with that picture above? What can I say, I'm a sucker for all white.

Another finished drama, but in a week. A school week to be exact. If this was during the summer, I could have easily finished it during the course of two days.
Anyways, I can finally say I have seen Raymond Lam and Kate Tsui act in something. Is it odd that I haven't ever watched them in anything?

Hello netizens of bloggernet. I am starting this new thing where I will post one song a week that I like. It could be anything from K-Pop, Taiwanese-pop, C-Pop, HK-Pop, from a drama. It could be old. It could be new. One thing for sure is that it will be great.
I think the best part about doing this is it will allow me give you guys an opportunity to listen to some more songs if you're not familiar and it will allow me to go out of my comfort zone and listen to the same thing everyday. Then again, I have a lot of songs on my ipod so it will take a while.
First song is I Am Not Willing To Let You Be Alone我不願讓你一個人
Sadly enough I have never seen this drama. I am in the middle of watching like ten things, which is making it worse to add another one, but I thought since they're remaking The Four with Zhang Han and Bai Bing, why not watch it now so I know what to expect in the future.
You know those dramas where you watch them, hope for the best that it will get better only for it to fail miserably? This is the perfect example.
It was a catastrophe, mistakes after mistakes. The only reason why I originally watched it was because of Wallace, Baron, and my angel Zhang Meng. After a quarter of the way through, more of an eighth of the way through, I gave up hope that the guys would save this trainwreck, but it came to the point where I was only skipping towards Zhang Meng's parts.
